Harboe implements Astro WMS

The Danish brewery Harboe wants to strengthen the warehouse management at their central distribution center in Skælskør. The brewery has therefore signed a contract with Consafe Logistics about implementing Astro WMS 7.1.
The decision is taken on the basis of a thorough pre-study of the logistics of Harboe. The pre-study was delivered by Consafe Logistics.
Harboe has not earlier employed a WMS at the distribution center. On this basis the company therefore expects significant improvements of the productivity and quality performances. The WMS-solution wil serve a total of 23 users distributed on 8 trucks, 4 Pick-to-Voice users and 11 PC-users. The implementation will take place medio 2009.
