Competence and capacity strengthened in a significant performance area

The Stuttgart-based expert for intralogistics systems and software, viastore GROUP, has acquired the majority of the control technology and automation company Buck Engineering, based in South Germany. Buck Engineering has been established on the market for some 30 years, employs 25 people and focuses on electrical design, software programming and commissioning of intralogistics and assembly equipment. »This industrial and process expertise fits very well with our orientation,« says viastore COO Detlef Ganz. »We have been working closely together in numerous projects and are convinced of the high level of competence of our new colleagues. This will strengthen our competence and capacity in a significant performance area.« Buck Engineering will continue to be managed as an independent company under the umbrella of the viastore GROUP. Managing Director will remain the co-partner Torsten Schoder. »As an owner-managed, innovative and at the same time down-to-earth company, Buck Engineering is a great fit for us,« adds viastore CEO Philipp Hahn-Woernle. »And what is particularly important to us is that the team is not only technically highly competent but also very international.« The viastore GROUP is an international provider of material handling systems, software, and services.
