Jungheinrich: Innovations Leader for Intralogistics Solutions

03.12.2014

At the upcoming LogiMAT 2015 in Stuttgart, the Hamburg-based firm will showcase its intelligent, innovative materials handling solutions for intralogistics applications.

In keeping with the event’s slogan of »Intelligent Networking: Mastering Complexity«, Jungheinrich will highlight its intralogistics solutions expertise at the 13th International Trade Fair for Distribution, Materials Handling and Information Flow – LogiMAT 2015 (Feb. 10-12). At its booth measuring over 500 square metres of display space in the »stacker hall«, Hall 6 (booth 6B03/6C03), the Hamburg-based enterprise will showcase its full range of industrial trucks and intralogistics solutions. »As a leading intralogistics provider we are taking advantage of this trade fair platform to present our complete solutions competence to an international trade audience,« explained Marcus Karst, Head of Sales Marketing at Jungheinrich. He continued: »Here we are going to demonstrate to attending professionals our intelligent, innovative and sustainable intralogistics solutions – from simple forklifts to automation and digitalisation. And we are going to make all of this tangible for visitors to the show!«

A special highlight at the Jungheinrich booth this year will consist of the winner in the top category at the 2014 IFOY Awards – an EFG S40s electric counterbalanced stacker. Further highlighted products include the ERC 215a auto pallet mover, the 5-series tow tractors, LRK lift racking and the EKX 410 narrow-aisle forklift with warehouse navigation. Trade visitors from across the globe can test the latter live on a dedicated driving course at the Jungheinrich booth.

At the Stuttgart event Jungheinrich will also display a complete tugger train system consisting of tow tractors from the 5 range and the corresponding trailers. The Jungheinrich appearance in Hall 6 will be rounded out by a presentation of the company’s entire service portfolio, for example the ISM Online fleet management system, as well as financial services, rental and used equipment, the Pro Shop and HR recruiting.

Jungheinrich will also be exhibiting in the »Software Hall« (Hall 7, booth 7D/221), with its own booth. On display space of nearly 100 square metres the Hamburg-based intralogistics specialist will showcase its expertise in software and IT hardware for warehouse applications – including the in-house development Jungheinrich Warehouse Management System (WMS) and wireless data communications components. Visitors will be able to witness live demonstrations of integrated, holistic intralogistics solutions for manual and fully automated warehouses and see how entire projects can be successfully implemented in just eight weeks’ time.

Jungheinrich ranks among the world’s leading companies in the material handling equipment, warehousing and material flow engineering sectors. The company is an intralogistics service and solution provider with manufacturing operations, which offers its customers a comprehensive range of forklift trucks, logistics systems, services and advice. Jungheinrich shares are traded on all German stock exchanges.
