03.03.2015

GUS Group in the ERP park CeBIT: 16 to 20 March 2015 Hall 5, Stand E04.

The flood of data in the company increases exponentially. In addition to information from traditional corporate solutions new digital business processes contribute more and more data. At the CeBIT 2015 GUS Group, a leading ERP vendor specialized in the process industry and logistics, will be showing a Business Intelligence (BI) -Cockpit completely integrated into the GUS-OS Suite for the first time. This solution allows to individually analyze existing ERP system company data, data from external systems and machine data for planning and reporting within strategic and operational tasks. Reports are available and configurable with mobile apps on iOS (iPhone and iPad) - as well as Android smartphone and tablet PCs.

In addition to the BI solution, GUS Group shows further developments around the ERP software as well as new functions of the GUS-OS Suite. This includes a solution for serialization, which reflects the development, management and process-oriented integration of mass data in the pharmaceutical sector.

More transparency through analysis of business data

»Companies see the challenge to maintain their ability for decision making an competitiveness in regard of countless data from various sources,« says Dirk Bingler, Chairman of the Board of GUS Germany. GUS-OS Suite provides integrated analysis tools to create clear correlations out of daily business data. With an easy-to-use tool professionals and management staff are able to create tailored ad hoc analysis via a comfortable and workflow-driven process – well-arranged depicted in a graphical cockpit.

Thus a 360-degree view of the company can be established. In addition to general sales figures key performance indicators (KPI), for instance, order patterns, customer values, payment and returns as well as cross- and up-selling opportunities are presented within a panorama view of a certain customer. Information on status and availability of machines and failure reporting complete the available views of company activities. Log files from servers, network or memory components as well as data of production machines and from warehouse logistics are available for more detailed evaluation. Thus companies generate a whole different base to be able to analyze customer services and operations and make well-grounded decisions.
