Intuitive warehouse software as growth engine

Jacob Söhne GmbH & Co. KG, the No. 1 manufacturer of modular pipework systems, is currently implementing a new international logistics center at its headquarters in Porta Westfalica, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Following its completion in 2018, warehouse management will be handled using the viadat WMS from viastore SOFTWARE. viadat manages inventories, storage locations, and picking and packaging operations, and it controls all processes from goods receipt to goods issue – reliably, intelligently and efficiently. »Our intralogistics must be able to keep pace with our customers’ growing demands,« says Managing Director Patrick Jacob. As one of the first operators, JACOB will receive the new viadat release 9.0, which offers an intuitive user interface and the highest possible level of flexibility.
