Each year, the multiple brand enterprise Nilson Group, with the brands DinSko, Skopunkten, Nilson und Jerns, delivers more that 1.1 million pairs of shoes in over 270 stores in Sweden, Norway, Finnland, and Denmark. To double the warehouse capacity in the next two years, Nilson decided on Dynamic Box Handling from KNAPP-MOVING. The stacker crane automatically adjusts to the various shoe carton widths. Dynamically assigned storage locations decisively increase storage density. The especially ergonomic pack stations alleviate the operator’s work of loading the dispatch pallets.
