Ehrhardt + Partner Group (EPG) and Rocla Oy begin strategic partnership

The EPG and Rocla Oy have established a strategic partnership. Rocla is a Finnish manufacturer of electric warehouse trucks, counterbalance trucks and automated guided vehicles (AGVs). E+P supplies its LFS Software Suite as a comprehensive solution for managing all logistics processes. Under the new partnership, the two companies will now collaborate long-term. EPG and Rocla together provide an efficient and complete solution for the automated transport of goods in the warehouse.

New Intralogistics for Thermoplan

A state-of-the-art logistics hub is being built in Weggis, canton of Lucerne, for Swiss coffee machine manufacturer Thermoplan. The logistics center is scheduled for completion by February 2020. On 11 February 2019, the official start of the project was marked by a ground-breaking ceremony. Thanks to even higher-powered automated intralogistics, Thermoplan, a family-owned business, will be able to increase productivity and drastically speed up throughput times.

TGW: Building a world-class logistics center for Puma

Puma, one of the world's leading sports brands, has commissioned intralogistics specialist TGW with building a highly automated distribution center. In the Bavarian community of Geiselwind, this spectacular intralogistics system will be completed by spring of 2021. At a three-digit million volume, this is one of the largest orders in TGW's company history. The official go-ahead for the large-scale project was given at the ground-breaking ceremony on 18 February 2019.

The new freshness and freezing centre with a 120-ton high-performance freezer system is available for the interim storage and shock freezing of poultry and meat products. Würth Elektronik eiSos again opts for TGW

German electronics specialist Würth Elektronik eiSos will double its capacity by mirroring their existing plant. TGW completed the first project for Würth in 2014 by building an automated logistics center at the company's headquarters in the German community of Waldenburg, which went into operation in 2016. Now another order has been signed: By February 2020, TGW will double the capacity of the existing intralogistics system.
