Heineken Wholesale sites Go-live with ease

In November and December three Heineken Wholesale sites had their Go-live changing from a "paper based" workflow to a WMS-environment.
The Consafe WMS solution, which is already operational in several other Wholesale sites, was implemented after all necessary preparations had been successfully executed. In total 9 out of 10 wholesale organizations are now operational with Consafe WMS that is hosted on a centrally located server environment.
All wholesale sites are divided into two sections - 'Beer/Non-alcoholic' and 'Wine/Liquor' - that have to be treated as two separate warehouses. Consafe WMS runs those two warehouses within the site and take care of combining the picks from the different warehouses to their final destinations. Instead of paper the warehouse staff now uses the mobile device to see the orders, get their instructions and inform the system about actions taken.
