Neckermann.de and Atos Origin extend partnership

Atos Origin, an international IT services company, today announced that neckermann.de, one of the largest mail order companies in Europe, has extended its IT contract with Atos Origin for a further five years.

Atos Origin and neckermann.de have been working together since 2004. Under the contract announced today, which has been designed to incorporate Neckermann’s specific e-business requirements, Atos Origin will continue to manage the entire IT infrastructure and services. This covers desktop and helpdesk services; applications management and data center services including the operation of mainframe and the SAP infrastructure. Atos Origin will also offer additional services including voice over IP services and a service to enable the client to monitor business processes in real time.
