NTL has started its Aldata implementation
04.07.2011
NTL, a leading Croatian association of retailers, advances its Aldata implementation
NTL (Narodni trgovački lanac), a Croatian association that represents over 16 independent retailers in the region who together have over 1,500 stores has started its Aldata implementation. NTL enables the group to benefit from improved buying power by centralizing procurement and will use Aldata’s Master Data Management solution to control key organizational data, as well as supplier-facing processes, such as procurement and sales on behalf of the association.
In addition to being the lead organization behind the NTL association, NTL is also an independent retailer within the group. NTL has implemented Aldata’s Store Operations and Mobility solutions in its own stores to improve employee productivity and provide real-time control over daily store operations. The store-based solution went live in under three months across their retail outlets. This implementation is the second within the group to link directly to the Aldata Master Data Management solution, with Gavrilovič – Diona being the first to go live earlier this year. Gavrilovič – Diona, a delicatessen retailer, also use Aldata’s solutions to manage their retail operations.
The next project phase will see the other members of the NTL association connecting to the group managed Aldata Master Data Management solution.
