New module for Effective and Profitable Warehouse Replenishment

Aldata’s “Network Logistics” initiative is a total logistics management solution, designed for the management, integration and execution of logistics operations throughout the logistics network. Based on the Aldata G.O.L.D. Business Solutions suite - the warehouse management system G.O.L.D. Stock which has currently about 500 warehouse installations worldwide, G.O.L.D. Radio, G.O.L.D. Vocal, G.O.L.D. Pick for pick-face optimisation, G.O.L.D. Billing for logistics services invoicing, G.O.L.D. C-Plan for warehouse capacity planning, G.O.L.D. Events for supply chain event management and G.O.L.D. Track for traceability -, it is dedicated to the Retail, Beverage, Dairy, Food, and 3rd Party Logistics business sectors.

As an important part of “Network Logistics”, the new optimisation module G.O.L.D. TOPASE enables effective and profitable warehouse replenishment. G.O.L.D TOPASE replies to the following business challenges: compliance with targeted service levels, reduction in stocks, increase in profit and improved knowledge of product behaviour.

Warehouse replenishment is calculated within G.O.L.D. via a mathematical model, and the material requirements planner receives proposals for stock transfers. An easy and user-friendly interface prepares all detailed information in a logical sequence. The business user is guided through the application and is supported with step by step information to reach the optimal replenishment decision.

G.O.L.D. TOPASE improves warehouse ordering and replenishment procedures thanks to its ease-of-use and to its rationalisation of these processes. G.O.L.D. TOPASE is also capable of maintaining service levels of more than 98 % on strategic references, without enhancing security stocks in unreasonable proportions.
