GUS-OS ERP - Quick introduction at NWA

Real start just 5 months after contract signing

Just five months after signing the contract, the Ahlen company Network World Alliance GmbH (NWA) was ready for the real start with its new software GUS-OS ERP. NWA is a multi-level marketing company that manufactures and sells cosmetics, fashion, wellness products, and much more via cooperation with sales partners. The NWA headquarters is in Switzerland, but Production and Logistics are in Ahlen. The latest highlight of the company is a fragrance machine that creates and packages individual fragrances – from the selection of the fragrance to the individual design of the flagon and the packaging.

The special challenges for the introduction of GUS-OS ERP were the complex logistics of the user and the incorporation of various interfaces. GUS-OS ERP is the central software that now controls all logistics. This includes the incorporation of fork lift control, the feeding of a picking system, multi-level container management, the operation of a high bay warehouse, and transport control.

Interfaces were programmed for the integration of company-specific solutions, which ensure the reliable transfer of data between the systems. Furthermore, GUS-OS is used as a communication center between the software systems on different platforms.

Due to the tight schedule, the future users were trained directly at their workplaces in Ahlen or Altishofen, Switzerland. In addition to GUS-OS ERP as central corporate software, NWA uses the modules Labor, Forecast, and Planning. Currently, 35 users are working with GUS-OS ERP.
