LinogistiX GmbH lists a second system in the WMS Database

09.04.2013

LinogistiX GmbH has decided to participate with another system in the WMS Database. In addition to their currently listed system myWMS LOS 1.4, their new system myWMS Mall Edition is now listed on warehouse-logistics.com and available for selection.

For more than 13 years, the world’s largest WMS database on warehouse-logististics.com has been providing an overview of the majority of the warehouse management systems available in the market. Both WMS vendors and WMS users benefit from the listings in the WMS Database: WMS vendors are given the opportunity to inform interested customers about the performance and functionality of their WMS in a transparent way and, by doing so, increase the recognition of their system. WMS users can learn online about the details of individual systems and compare them directly with each other. Optimal search and comparison options as well as a unique cross-section of the current WMS market are what make the database the first stop in all things WMS.

LinogistiX GmbH also gets to benefit from these advantages. The company, with its headquarters in Dortmund, is a specialist for open and innovative software solutions for material flow and intralogistics, RFID integration, and the retrofitting of material flow control systems. Since their foundation in 2006 as a Fraunhofer spin-off company, they have been building a bridge between current research findings and practical implementation in companies. The company is backed by its two founders, Andreas Trautmann and Olaf Krause, and an interdisciplinary team with expertise in computer science, engineering, and logistics. The young company was awarded the prize for “Innovative Logistics” in the 2006 nation-wide German business start-up competition by start2grow. They won two more prizes for innovation in 2007 and 2008.
