Optimized storage and production supply at Koenig & Bauer Kammann

Koenig & Bauer Kammann is one of the leading manufacturers of state-of-the-art decorating machines. In fall 2019, the company moved into a new production site in Löhne after less than a year of construction. The move was intended to optimize internal production logistics as well as support warehouse management and coordinated process control by using a modern warehouse management system.

After a comparison of providers, the warehouse management system PSIwms was chosen. Gerhard Drews, IT Manager at Koenig & Bauer Kammann, explained the reasons for the decision: »We had already had good experience with PSI software since 2007 through the ERP system PSIpenta. In addition, PSIwms was able to convince with a standard connection to PSIpenta and extensive functional system standards.«
