Efficient logistics in e-commerce through preconfigured PSIwms

In 2022, Hisert opened an impressive new warehouse at its Szczecin location to handle increasing shipments of thousands of garments and accessories per week. The challenges presented by the rapid growth led to the decision to use our proven PSIwms.

In cooperation with PSI Polska, Hisert managed a seamless transition from the old system to PSIwms, which is tailored exactly to the requirements of an omnichannel system. Thanks to our software solution, Hisert was able to accelerate its processes and minimize the risk of delays. The introduction of the new system was completed in just ten days and the entire implementation process took only four months.

Hisert was able to significantly reduce picking and shipping times, resulting in increased productivity within the company. This successful conversion from analog to digital processes was possible thanks to Hisert's openness and the comprehensive support of the PSI team. The use of the preconfigured PSIwms not only increased efficiency, but also improved control over goods movements and inventory levels.
