Warehouse management at the Empik Group with PSIwms

For more than 70 years, Empik has maintained its position as a leading lifestyle brand with 300 Empik stores and is one of the three largest e-commerce platforms in Poland. The Empik Group is a major player in the field of digital transformation in Poland. In recent years, the company has developed in particular with an omnichannel strategy. Part of this strategy included investing in automated warehouses and introducing a new warehouse management system (WMS) to optimize warehouse processes. The choice fell on our PSIwms.

PSIwms provides a continuous overview of warehouse operations in the Empik distribution center. The system analyzes employee productivity and warns of delivery delays. It also increases the efficiency of logistics processes and reduces order processing costs at the same time. Furthermore, the system was introduced without a single day of downtime in the warehouse.
