Kardex has entered into a strategic partnership with SKUTOPIA to deliver a new AutoStoreTM project in Melbourne, marking an important step forward in AI-driven warehouse performance and scalable automation.

The collaboration brings together SKUTOPIA’s robotics-powered fulfilment model and SaaS platform with Kardexexpertise in high-density storage, precision handling, and integrated intralogistics systems. Together, the teams are developing a facility designed to increase throughput, enhance accuracy, and support sustained operational growth in fast-moving eCommerce and omnichannel environments.

At the core of the project is the practical application of AI to operational decision-making. From intelligent inventory placement and batching strategies to replenishment timing and exception management, the system is engineered to translate data into measurable performance on the warehouse floor.
