FIS and Acto Launch Sales Partnership for AI-Powered Field Sales in Wholesale

FIS Informationssysteme und Consulting GmbH is expanding its portfolio in the field of artificial intelligence through a sales partnership with Acto. The AI software helps wholesalers make better use of existing data from ERP and CRM systems for their field sales force. The goal is to identify customer potential more quickly, plan visits more effectively, and align sales activities more closely with concrete revenue opportunities.
The partnership aligns with FIS’s strategic focus on more closely integrating artificial intelligence with concrete business processes. FIS contributes many years of experience in the SAP environment, particularly in the wholesale sector. Acto complements this expertise with an AI solution specifically tailored to the needs of field sales representatives and data-driven sales management. Especially in wholesale, sales staff face the challenge of maintaining an overview of numerous customers, extensive product ranges, and ongoing offers. At the same time, existing systems contain valuable insights into sales potential, order cycles, inactive customers, and potential churn risks. Acto makes this information usable: The AI software for field sales analyzes data from ERP and CRM systems and translates it into concrete recommendations for action in day-to-day sales activities.

The software helps sales representatives prioritize customers based on revenue potential, prepare appointments effectively, and follow up on conversations more easily. Notes can be captured via voice input, automatically documented in the CRM, and converted into tasks. It can be used via smartphone, Outlook, CRM, or voice control, among other methods.
