Kardex Presents its Portfolio at LogiMAT 2026
09.03.2026
At the intralogistics trade show LogiMAT in Stuttgart, Germany (24-26 March 2026), Kardex will present its comprehensive portfolio as a one-stop automation partner at Booth H49 in Hall 1. Visitors will experience how modular technologies, intelligent software, and lifecycle services integrate seamlessly to deliver end-to-end automation solutions from a single provider.
With its scalable solutions, Kardex addresses companies at every stage of the automation journey, from first steps to highly automated operations.
At LogiMAT, Kardex will demonstrate how intelligent technologies and modular systems interact seamlessly to optimize small parts, bin, and pallet handling across a wide range of applications.
For small parts storage, Kardex will present a redesigned VLM Kardex Shuttle equipped with a next-generation control system. At LogiMAT, the Kardex Shuttle will be presented for the first time in combination with the Intuitive Pick Assistant (IPA), which projects all relevant picking information directly to the operator. This guidance enables simple, efficient, and error-free picking processes.
Process optimization at the workstation is further enhanced through the Wearable Task Assistant (WTA), showcased alongside the VBM Kardex Miniload-in-a-Box — a compact, self-contained bin storage system requiring minimal floor space. Small parts are delivered ergonomically to the operator via a turntable, while the WTA supports hands-free operation through an integrated scanner, clear picking and placement instructions, and a color-coded wrist display. This combination improves picking accuracy, reduces errors, and demonstrates how productivity gains can be achieved even at entry and mid-level automation stages.
In addition, Kardex will highlight high-performance AutoStore™-supported picking processes optimized with the Kardex Smart Workstation. Featuring the Intuitive Picking Assistant, integrated weight verification, and full traceability, the workstation increases picking quality and process reliability while minimizing errors.
The exhibition presence is complemented by an immersive virtual showcase of automated storage solutions for pallets, small parts, and bins. On a high-resolution 18 sqm LED wall, realistic process sequences illustrate pallet handling in high-bay warehouses, efficient small parts storage, and advanced bin shuttle technology.
Transparency, Efficiency, and Control Across All Kardex Solutions
A dedicated exhibition area at the Kardex stand focuses on software solutions. Under the headline »Powered by KardexOne Software Platform,« Kardex presents the Kardex Power Pick Cloud (PPC) and the Kardex Control Center (KCC) as integral components of a unified software portfolio. With the modular Kardex Control Center software solution, material flow and warehouse management processes can be controlled faster and more efficiently. ThePower Pick Cloud softwaresuite simplifies daily warehouse tasks and processes. The focus is on user-friendliness in classic applications such as order processing, picking, and warehouse management. The KardexOne Software Platform connects machines, systems, and data, thereby creating transparency, efficiency, and control across all Kardex solutions.
Connected, Intelligent Life Cycle Services
Kardex also presentsits holistic approach to maximizing performance across the entire lifecycle of automated intralogistics solutions. By combining connectivity, real-time transparency, and data-driven insights, Kardex enables customers to increase system availability, optimize service processes, and unlock continuous performance improvements.
WithKardex Connect, customers benefit from advanced remote maintenance capabilities and seamless real-time data integration. The solution enables proactive service management, resolving more than 80 percent of service cases remotely and significantly reducing the need for on-site technician visits. Automated service request generation ensures rapid response when issues occur, while web and mobile applications provide full visibility into machine status and support requests. The integrated Machine Health Dashboard offers instant access to performance data, error logs, and maintenance reports. Live video support with Kardex service experts further enhances responsiveness, ensuring maximum system uptime.
Complementing this,Kardex Analyticsenables warehouse managers to analyze performance data across defined time periods and generate in-depth evaluations based on master data, order lines, picking processes, and storage operations. Exportable reports and clear performance insights provide the transparency needed to identify optimization potential and implement improvements without delay.
Together, these solutions illustrate how intelligent connectivity and actionable data transform automated intralogistics systems into continuously evolving performance ecosystems.
