From July 1st 2007 Consafe Logistics presence in Sweden and Norway will grow

From July 1st 2007 Consafe Logistics presence in Sweden and Norway will grow and include an even stronger and wider offer in Supply Chain Execution. In April 2007 the JCE Group acquired Captura ASA with offices in Sweden and Norway. These companies will now be incorporated into Consafe Logistics Holding, a parent company for the Consafe Logistics subsidiaries. Captura ASA will also change name to Consafe Logistics.

Subsidiaries of Consafe Logistics Holding are located in Sweden, Denmark, UK, Norway, Netherlands and Poland and Consafe Logistics Holding has its headquarter in Sweden.

The company objective is to continue to grow with focus on markets where we are already established and successful, but also to expand into new markets with priority to Eastern Europe.

Due to the addition of Captura, the company business areas changes to include: Supply Chain Consulting, Warehouse & Distribution, Mobile Solutions Manufacturing.

Captura in Norway are very strong in Mobile Solutions with many large installations such as Norwegian Post, Carlsberg and Securitas. Now as Consafe Logistics, we start an extensive launch focusing on mobile solutions in Europe. Capturas knowledge in industrial IT, now named as Consafe Logistics business area Manufacturing is well-known in all of Scandinavia and they have more than 450 installations in 14 different countries. Large customers are for example Alfa Laval, Elektrolux, Volvo and Arla Foods.

The business area Warehouse & Distribution include Warehouse Management Systems, Mobile Equipments for warehousing such as TraffiCom and consultancy. In the area Supply Chain Consulting we design working procedures and manage change in logistics processes. The target is to improve the customers' profitability and use available resources as efficient as possible.

Consafe Logistics Holding will have a turnover of approximately 70 Million Euro and about 400 employees. That makes us one of the largest and leading suppliers in Supply Chain Execution in Europe.
