ALDATA G.O.L.D. SELECTED BY TWO LARGE FRENCH SPECIALITY RETAILERS

Aldata Solution and Conforama, the French leader and the world's second largest retailer of home furnishings and appliances have signed an agreement on the supply of Aldata G.O.L.D. software.

Aldata is providing software and services to manage Conforama's central head-office operations including inventory, replenishment, article, assortment and price management. The project is to start immediately and full roll-out will be completed through 2007 and 2008.

Conforama, a subsidiary of the PPR group, with 15,000 employees and sales of 3,275 million euros in 2006, has 216 directly-operated stores and 31 affiliates in France and 58 stores outside France. Conforama provides a one-stop shopping solution for a full range of products for the home: traditional and contemporary furnishings, large and small home appliances, consumer electronics and decorative items.

Aldata Solution has signed an agreement on the supply of G.O.L.D. to Mr. Bricolage, the leading mid-size retailer in France for do-it-yourself household improvement, hardware and garden products.

For Mr. Bricolage Group, Aldata is providing software and services to manage its centralised supply chain operations including purchasing, article, assortment and price management as well as inventory and replenishment management. The project is to start immediately and full roll-out will be completed by the end of 2008 at the latest.

Mr. Bricolage Group, with 10.000 employees and sales of 1.8 billion euros in 2006, has 537 stores in France, in the French overseas territories and internationally (Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Madagascar, Morocco, Romania, Spain and Uruguay). The Group operates under two brand names, Mr. Bricolage for mid-size towns and Catena for small-size towns and rural communities.
