DPSP implements WMS Delage® Rx in yet another Group operation

After a period working with a logistics operator, the logistics area of the DPSP Group (Drogarias Pacheco / Drogaria São Paulo) decided to internalize its distribution center in Espírito Santo, as the operation is very strategic and becomes more important every day in the network of the company's distribution. With this movement, they also seek to implement on this site the processes already successfully standardized in the use of WMS Delage® Rx in CD Rio de Janeiro.
With WMS Delage® Rx, 150 radio frequency terminals will be used to manage all processes in this operation, supporting the high volume of this CD, which has among its requirements: batch and validity control, Kanban, automatic replenishment and cold chain. The project, in addition to managing all processes, will bring indicators and management tools to view in real time – enabling the company to generate benchmarking analyzes comparing processes, performance, results and operations between DCs instantly or in historical series.
The strategy forGo-livewill depend on the current scenario, but the teams continue to work at an intense pace, all remotely! Delage had already adapted its project implementation methodology by increasing the execution and management of remote tasks, as soon as discussions about a possiblelockdownbegan (even before we implemented the home office), given the pandemic scenario that was emerging.
