Accelerating KIKO’s Supply Chain Performance

Amid rapid growth in the UK and rising demand for fast, reliable home delivery, KIKO set out to evolve its supply chain. To meet this challenge, the company opened a new dark store in London and partnered with Logistics Reply to implement a scalable and agile logistics infrastructure.

The tailored WMS solution, built on the modular microservices architecture of the LEA ReplyTM platform has allowed KIKO to cut e-commerce delivery times in half and helps the global cosmetics brand stay ahead in a highly competitive market.
