An anniversary gift for our customers: Exclusive, free online training

To celebrate 40 years of CIM GmbH, we wanted to give something back to the people who made this milestone possible: our customers. So we launched a special anniversary gift—an exclusive webinar series all about PROLAG World. The response exceeded our expectations with high participation levels and included both practical insights and lively Q&A sessions.

Our goal was simple: to say thank you for the many years of trust and close cooperation.

Across six practice-oriented webinars, participants took a deep dive into some of the most important aspects of modern warehouse logistics. The topics ranged from stocktaking and warehouse billing to dashboards, AI-supported optimizations and proven best practices in the daily use of PROLAG World. Every session offered clear, in-depth technical content and demonstrated how PROLAG World can be used to further develop warehouse processes in a targeted way.

Two of our in-house experts guided attendees through the training series, sharing their knowledge using a structured, application-oriented approach. In particular, the Q&A sessions after each webinar stood out, as they allowed us to address real questions from our customers' day-to-day logistics operations and provide practical solutions. These conversations once again highlighted how relevant the topics are in practice and how committed our customers are to continually improving their logistics.

We’re thrilled about the strong participation and the positive feedback to our training series. It confirms what we’ve long believed: high-quality, comprehensive logistics training continues to make a real difference.
