August 2012: Berlin and Münster become centres of logistics expertise

For over 27 years now, the software house CIM GmbH has been successfully implementing Warehouse Management Systems all over Europe. In August 2012, they opened two new offices – one in the bicycle-friendly city of Münster and the other in the German capital, Berlin.

What do Berlin and Münster have in common? They are both now centres of excel-lence in CIM Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Headed by logistics con-sultants Sebastian Terbille and Robert Slusarz, CIM GmbH Logistics Systems has opened new offices in Münster and Berlin. A leading provider of innovative Ware-house Management Systems, CIM is based in the Bavarian town of Fürstenfeld-bruck, near Munich, and can boast an impressive list of customers in Germany and across much of Europe. Long-standing, established partnerships with compa-nies in Austria and Switzerland also contribute to increasing the presence of the company throughout Europe. “With the strategic locations of our two new offices in Berlin and Münster, we hope to further strengthen and expand our presence in Germany“, explains Fritz Mayr, managing director of CIM GmbH.

Sebastian Terbille is managing the new site in Münster, providing consulting and support services for new and existing customers in all kinds of WMS matters. Sebastian Terbille, a transport and logistics services professional who also holds a degree in business administration, joined CIM’s consultancy team several months ago and has been the official contact for the Münster region since August 2012.

As well Münster, CIM is very excited about the opening of their new office in Berlin. “Besides being the capital, Berlin is also an ideal location for expanding our consultancy services in Northern and Eastern Europe”, says Robert Slusarz. With a degree in business administration and several years of professional and project experience, Robert Slusarz is already something of an expert in the sector. He has also held lecturing posts in the fields of intralogistics, transport economics and Supply Chain Management. Based in Berlin, Robert Slusarz is now head of CIM’s consulting and support services for the whole of the region.
