In order to meet the high quality standards expected of our products and services, a well-functioning quality management system forms the indispensable basis for the activities of all Gigaton divisions.
The internal business and management processes of the company are therefore regularly reviewed in accordance with the requirements of the quality management standard DIN ISO 9001:2015. On an international level, DIN EN ISO is the most important norm for defining quality management standards. During an external audit the process handling processes of all operational areas, including project management, support, development and technology departments are reviewed.
This year’s audit has been conducted by DEKRA Assurance Services GmbH on 24 September. We are pleased about the successful recertification that delivers proof for our quality-driven work as well as for our continued commitment to improve. Besides economic efficiency, our main focus is on customer and employee satisfaction.
