Project Guide for the Successful Implementation of a WMS

The 10 Golden Rules of WMS Implementation On the participants meeting 2014, the »Project Guide for the successful implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS)« has been presented for the first time, which was previously developed in collaboration with the advisory committee »warehouse logistics«. This idea resulted from the discussion round on the topic “go-live strategy” during the participants meeting in 2012 and has now been finalized in a large group. The »10 Golden Rules of WMS implementation« provide a good basis for the successful and goal-oriented roll out, go-live and subsequent transfer into regular operation of a (new) Warehouse Management System.
