Hifi Studio 17 aims for closer customer relationships withAldata loyalty

Aldata Solution, a leading provider of software solutions for the retail industry, announced today that home entertainment and electronics chain Hifi Studio 17 has selected Aldata Loyalty to deliver greater value to its 42,000 customers and boost profitability across its stores.
Aldata Loyalty is a digital marketing and eCRM solution that enables retail organisations to analyse customer behaviour and buying patterns and reach out to them immediately via their preferred digital communications channels. Marketers are able to create highly targeted and effective campaigns and deliver them into the customer's hands at the most relevant time to influence purchase. Aldata Loyalty is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, which means that customers do not incur software licence or systems infrastructure costs. Hifi Studio 17 will go live with Aldata Loyalty in June and will add an additional Web Shop module later this year.
