Hugo Boss store selects Aldata loyalty in drive to build customer base and encourage repeat purchase

Finland’s flagship Hugo Boss store, has selected retail software specialist, Aldata, to implement a new in-store loyalty card scheme to run exclusively in the company’s store in the centre of Helsinki.

The new scheme, which goes live in September 2009, integrates with real-time Point Of Sale information and supports the company’s plans to increasing its Loyalty customer base from the current level of 1,000 members to 10,000 members by the end of 2010.
The new Hugo Boss scheme delivers full Loyalty functionality – including web club, digital marketing, and Aldata Loyalty management. The new scheme operates on two levels: standard and VIP. Standard members receive information about new products and offers. When a customer’s spending with Hugo Boss reaches an agreed amount, they can move up to VIP level and join the Black Card Club. Here they enjoy more privileges such as access to the web club, where they can view details of more exclusive offers on high-end goods.
Aldata Loyalty is a digital marketing and eCRM solution that enables retail organisations to analyse customer behaviour and buying patterns and reach out to them immediately via their preferred digital communications channels. Marketers are able to create highly targeted and effective campaigns and deliver them into the customer's hands at the most relevant time to influence purchase. Aldata Loyalty is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, which means that customers do not incur software licence or systems infrastructure costs.
