Software quality – the key to smooth projects in intralogistics

Regardless of whether Klug integrierte Systeme act as general contractor or as software house for an intralogistical project, Klug think functional and focus on the software as central element for finding solutions. This holistic, functional approach is closer to the customers’ requirements and to their business processes.

At the LogiMAT, Klug point out one element of successful intralogistical projects: the software quality. Klug show how a standardized process with various tests and quality steps ensures the quality during development. To do so, the internal team of experts for simulation and emulation is integrated.

Already during the detailed specification phase, a dynamic simulation verifies system capacity and dimensioning as well as planned software and control strategies.

During emulation in the design, development and testing phase, the future system will be mapped virtually and the communication including the software functions between programmable logical controllers and material flow computer will be reproduced.

It is aimed at attaining shortest possible commissioning times with a high software quality and thus considerable cost potentials.

At their stand, Klug show new projects, interesting detail solutions in intralogistics and the modular software concept iWACS®.
