Sanderink steps down as chairman of Centric

Centric has announced that Gerard Sanderink has stepped down as chairman of Centric’s one-tier board. Louis Luijten, non-executive board member of Centric, is the new chairman of the board.

The reason for stepping down as chairman is the turbulence that has been created around Gerard Sanderink in the Netherlands. Sanderink believes this turbulence is detrimental for Centric and wants to create calm and space in the organization.

In the period ahead, Centric will look for a third non-executive board member of Centric, to complete the one-tier board.

Furthermore, Centric reports that it looks back on 2020 positively, as the financial results are in line with the expectations.
