01.10.2024
By uniting their expertise, Element Logic and S&P Computersysteme are set to transform the intralogistics landscape.
The collaboration leverages Element Logic’s automation leadership and S&P’s advanced software capabilities to deliver seamless, innovative solutions for modern warehouses. This strengthened partnership enhances their market impact, fostering trust and setting a new benchmark for efficiency and quality in intralogistics software and automation. From October 1st. the company appeared with the new »S&P I Element Logic« logo - a brand merger that will both strengthen trust and enhance market presence.
More than just a name: a sign of the future.
The new co-branding is more than just a formal adjustment, it sends a clear strategic signal to the market. It not only stands for improved market perception, but also for a mutual transfer of image and know-how that focuses on the promise of quality. This visual update creates an even closer link between S&P's many years of expertise in the development of innovative warehouse management software and Element Logic's leading position in the field of AutoStore automation solutions. The S&P entity will continue to exist, but the visual and communicative external presentation will emphasize the synergies and innovative strength of both brands even more clearly.. With this new identity, S&P is consolidating its market position and underlining the shared values that stand for bravery, passion and reliability. »This signals to our customers that we have two strong partners at their side. The merger contributes significantly to building trust and stands for continuity and progress at the same time. Our collaboration with Element Logic has always been crowned with success, and this co-branding is the next logical step in securing and expanding our joint future,« explains Horst Reichert, one of the Managing Directors. S&P sees this as a great opportunity to position itself more successfully against the competition and to market its products and services even better.
»The intralogistics space and our company has grown tremendously based on the increased demand of ASRS technology. In 2022 we acquired S&P Computersysteme GmbH as a strategic move to extend our software capabilities in the DACH region – a more competitive market space with a demand for more sophisticated customer solutions. Now we want to accelerate the journey of Element Logic in becoming a technology company by leveraging these capabilities as a more integral part of Element Logic globally.« says Christian Rognes, Group Chief Product Officer at Element Logic.
