More space for expansion

We received the commitment as General Contractor for the construction of a new high-bay warehouse for Breyden GmbH in Germany.

Future-oriented expansion

Breyden GmbH, a member of the AEQUITA industrial group, is a leading European Manufacturer of innovative and high-quality automotive brake discs with over 111 years of experience.

In order to expand its production capacities, the company is currently expanding its state-of-the-art foundries and machining facilities in Breidenbach, Germany. Frame of this expansion is an intralogistic extension for the storage of raw parts. This includes the construction of a new high-bay warehouse as well as the connection of the storage facility to the existing Material flow system and the seamless integration of the existing warehouse.

An efficient and sustainable solution

A Channel Storage Systems in silo design with our MASTer Shuttle RBG with Power Shuttle, Conveyor and racking technology as well as our Stöcklin logOS MFS software was the convincing choice. This solution offers a high storage density and enables efficient and flexible storage and handling of raw parts. Our MASTer Shuttle RBG with Power Shuttle ensures fast and precise storage and retrieval, while the Conveyor and racking technology Warranty seamless integration into existing processes. The Stöcklin logOS MFS software provides comprehensive controller and monitoring of the Total Material Flow and ensures optimum utilization of warehouse capacities.

As General Contractor, Stöcklin supplies the complete turnkey solution, including roof and walls. The project will start immediately and the planned go-live will be in February 2026.

This efficient solution will ensure that Breyden GmbH can expand its production capacities and further expand its market position.
