Ehrhardt Partner Group (EPG), a global leader in unified supply chain execution and warehouse management technology, today announced the appointment of Jett Chitanand as President of EPG Americas. With deep experience in supply chain technology, transformation, and customer engagement, Chitanand will lead the company’s growth strategy across North America and Latin America.

Industry veteran to lead regional growth and enhance customer impact with EPG’s supply chain execution solutions

Strengthening EPG’s Leadership in the Americas

Chitanand joins EPG with a strong industry and leadership track record, shaped by key roles at Tecsys and Locus Robotics where he helped expand markets, strengthen strategic partnerships, and drive customer transformation. He has led high-performing sales and go-to-market teams, launched new products, entered new markets, and scaled revenue from early traction to sustained growth. Known for empowering teams and using data to guide decisions, he has built organizations where customers see clear, measurable value.

»Joining EPG at this moment is incredibly exciting,« says Chitanand. »The opportunity to help shape the company’s next phase of growth is extremely compelling. EPG’s vision, technology leadership, and unwavering commitment to customer success align perfectly with my values. I’m thrilled to work with a team that is ambitious, innovative, and mission-driven.«

Driving Scalable Growth and Customer Impact

In his new role, Chitanand will focus on expanding EPG’s presence in key industries, strengthening customer partnerships, and accelerating adoption of the EPG ONE supply chain execution suite.

»Organizations across the region are facing increased labor pressures, rising service expectations, and a growing need for digital-first operations. EPG is exceptionally well positioned to support them,« Chitanand explained. »I look forward to working with customers to tackle these demands head-on, strengthen our footprint across the Americas, and ensure our solutions deliver real, measurable impact.«

EPG leadership welcomed Chitanand’s appointment as a major step in the company’s regional strategy. »Jett’s experience building high-performing teams and helping organizations modernize their logistics operations makes him an ideal leader for the Americas,« said Peter Bollinger, CEO of EPG. »He brings the strategic vision and customer-first mindset required to accelerate our momentum.«

EPG has maintained a strong presence in the Americas for more than a decade, with regional headquarters in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area, one of the most significant logistics and supply chain hubs in the United States. The DFW office delivers regional implementation services, ongoing education through the EPG Academy, and responsive customer support across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. EPG Americas serves a diverse and growing customer base, including well-known brands such as CONA Services (Coke One North America), Pet Food Experts, Keurig Dr. Pepper, and Mondelez, all of whom rely on EPG’s technology to streamline and optimize their supply chain operations.

Technology Built for a Dynamic Market

Chitanand sees significant opportunity in EPG ONE, the company’s unified platform for warehouse management, voice-directed workflows, labor optimization, transportation routing, and real-time visibility. »In the Americas, companies are looking for unified, data-driven platforms that improve productivity, reduce labor strain, and create end-to-end transparency,« he said. »EPG ONE is designed to do exactly that, and as complexity grows, these capabilities are becoming transformative.«

The EPG ONE suite brings together WMS, WCS, TMS, workforce management, dock management, contract and billing, control tower, and LYDIA Voice, the industry’s #1 voice-picking solution, into one centralized platform for true end-to-end supply chain and logistics management.

Building Smarter, More Resilient Supply Chains

»The supply chain market in the Americas continues to evolve rapidly,« Chitanand added. »Organizations are seeking partners who can help them modernize, improve efficiency, and build more resilient networks. I look forward to working closely with current and future customers to help them stay competitive and future-ready.«

EPG looks forward to this exciting new chapter under Chitanand’s leadership, as the company continues to empower logistics operations across the region with smarter, connected supply chain execution technology.
