Entreprise The MV Werften group of companies based in the German state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania operates three shipyards. The companies are part of the “Genting Hong Kong” (Genting HK) group. Genting HK has been building cruise ships for the shipping companies belonging to its own group at the three traditional shipyard locations of Wismar, Rostock and Stralsund since 2016.

Description du projet 1. Goods receipt, storage, order picking and goods issue of equipment material for a cruise ship with interface to ERP system V10 Projektor.
2. All deliveries are recorded as colli TE-based on the specific delivery notes before unloading and are routed to the correct goods receipt bin by PSIwms when the notification processing is started.
3. Individual booking of orders via individually assigned delivery notes.
4. In addition to batch handling and serial numbers, there is also an individual component number / design number per piece. This results in various use cases, which are considered in the goods receipt and order picking process.
5. Cross-location inventory replacement is controlled via PSIwms and synchronized with the ERP system via interface.
6. The material supply between logistics halls and production is carried out with collective transports.
7. Job prioritization based on remaining lead times for better on-time delivery.
8. Third-party manufacturers notify their own handling units to logistics via web access. The delivery documents and package labels are sent to the third-party manufacturers by e-mail. After unloading and system identification of the packages, they are then pre-sorted into on-time slots and temporarily stored. In an hourly cycle, the respective slots are loaded and made available under the correct crane on the ship. Status messages are sent via mail at various points in the process chain to the third-party manufacturers.
9. The capacities of the crane lifts for transfer to the ship are controlled via PSIwms slot management.
10. All CEP deliveries for shipyard employees are accepted centrally in logistics, and then the output process is controlled and documented in PSIwms.
