w3/max successfully validated

w3logistics AG has received the validation seal of the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics (IML) with the warehouse management system w3/max.
In July, the w3/max logistics suite was validated by the Fraunhofer IML in an extensive validation process. With the validation, w3logistics underlines its expertise in the area of warehouse management as well as the functional diversity of w3/max. The logistics suite offers each customer an individual and comprehensive software solution for warehouse and material flow control. This integrates all the necessary components for controlling a warehouse into a completely new generation of software. From goods receipt, over warehouse organization and picking to goods issue, the complex processes in your company are transformed into structured and efficient processes with the help of w3/max.
The annual validation is based on a questionnaire containing around 3,700 criteria. Only after successful validation on the running system does a WMS receive the validation seal of the Fraunhofer IML. The portal »warehouse-logistics« summarizes all essential information about the different WMS solutions and enables an optimal system comparison. A high degree of detail in the WMS database allows users and providers to be brought together individually and precisely.
