Mantis automates the new Logistics Center of Info Quest Technologies in Greece

Info Quest Technologies, the leading distributor in the Greek ICT market, selected Mantis WMS Logistics Vision Suite (LVS) for the automation of its new Logistics Center, one of the major recent logistics investments in Greece, and the orchestration of Autostore AS/RS, quadrupling picking productivity.
Mantis, a leading international WMS / logistics software and technology solutions vendor, was recognized by Info Quest Technologies, a member of Quest Group, as the preferred WMS vendor for its new Logistics Center in Attika-Greece, a recently inaugurated investment of 25,000 sq.m. storage space and 21,000 pallet locations that adopt state-of-the-art warehouse automation.
Apart from order fulfillment, the new Logistics Center of Info Quest Technologies serves as a 3PL provider for the companies of Quest Group active in the ICT (Information and Communications Technology), retail and air conditioning sectors. Mantis WMS LVS optimized the entire inbound and outbound warehouse operations, streamlining the workflow processes and boosting logistics performance.
Especially for e-retail sales orders, Mantis WMS LVS integrated and orchestrated Autostore AS/RS (Automated Storage & Retrieval System), an innovative automation system that eliminates the need for lanes between the storage positions since robots retrieve and transport the containers from above.
Mantis designed LVS-WCS AMHS Server (LVS – Warehouse Control System, Automated Materials Handling Server) a high-performance module that orchestrates Materials Handling Equipment / MHE. In this case, it orchestrated Autostore and optimized the flow of goods in real time. Info Quest Technologies benefited from Mantis exclusivity in providing native integration with AMHS, without the need for middleware software, thus offering high performance, flexibility, and scalability.
