BLG LOGISTICS contracts inconso AG to do new logistics system for Griesson - de Beukelaer

Griesson - de Beukelaer, one of the leading European producers of fine confectionery, optimizes its logistics.
Since October 2008, the operative intralogistics is handled by BLG LOGISTICS. After the start in the European distribution center in Koblenz with 40,000 storage spaces, the logistic tasks at the locations in Polch, Kahla, Ravensburg, Kempen and Wurzen were transferred over to the service provider at the beginning of 2009.

Since the production sites at Polch, Kahla, Ravensburg and Kempen have been already managed with the inconsoWMS for years, inconso AG was contracted to do the implementation of the warehouse management systems inconsoWMS for further sites.

As a substantial solution component, the leading supplier of consulting and software solutions for logistics will create a comprehensive Supply Chain Execution layer which goes beyond the pure warehouse management tasks. This will allow BLG to manage all processes at all sites through one application and will guarantee the seamless connection to Griesson - de Beukelaer's business management systems.
