With this specialist support, the company will optimize the internal warehouse structure for its range of household products. Given positive collaborations in the past, the choice of a suitable project partner went toviastore. The intralogistics expert will implement a two-aisle automated small parts warehouse (MLS) and a manual pallet warehouse in Rösle's new building. Using state-of-the-art technology, Rösle can significantly shorten distances in the pallet warehouse and, at the same time, increase throughput in the small parts area. Software-controlled processes reduce product handling errors during picking and packing, and the automatic labeler ensures fully automated labeling for courier, express, and parcel (CEP) shipping orders. It also optimizes the entire warehouse and order processing management, while providing interfaces to all common ERP systems.
