New developments in PROLAG World – an overview of standard 26.1.0

23.06.2026

Faster, safer and more scalable: With standard 26.1.0, PROLAG World continues to consistently advance its development roadmap. The latest major release combines new features and process optimizations that have a direct impact on day-to-day warehouse operations.

Logistics thrives on seamless processes. That's exactly where the latest release comes in: with targeted improvements in functionality and usability that enable faster workflows, fewer sources of error, and more reliable operations in day-to-day warehouse management.

The highlights at a glance

Faster workflows through intuitive usability

Every click matters, which is why the PROLAG World interface is continuously optimized for maximum efficiency.

  • Shortcuts – direct keyboard-based operation: New, standardized shortcuts allow warehouse staff to perform key actions such as saving, deleting, or switching views with little or no mouse interaction. The result is a significantly smoother workflow.
  • Direct calculations in the table view: Calculation functions can now be configured directly within the table view, including automatic unit adjustment. This eliminates the need for unnecessary navigation between menus.

Focus on error prevention and safety

Process reliability is not an optional feature, but a fundamental requirement. PROLAG World enhances control over critical processes:

  • Comprehensive change log: Manual approvals and changes are now captured in detail, ensuring full traceability of who performed which action and when. This strengthens audit compliance and simplifies error analysis.
  • Proactive safety checks: Print limits for documents and automated verification of delivery addresses during goods receipt help reduce the risk of user errors before they occur.

Scalability for complex logistics chains

Growth requires flexible processes. PROLAG World simplifies and strengthens communication between sites:

  • Optimized replenishment: A new freight list number for cross-logistics centre processes makes identification at the destination logistics centre much easier.
  • More efficient goods receipt: Handling of mixed SSCCs is now further automated across both browser and mobile devices. Improved DMS number management significantly reduces the complexity of partial deliveries.
